Refund Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Our templates are digital products delivered instantly, so please read this policy before buying.

Digital products

Because files can be downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been made available.

When we offer a refund

• The file is damaged and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• The product is substantially different from its description.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

How to request a refund

Send us your order number and a short description of the problem within 14 days of your purchase. For any question, contact us through our official Fiverr profile.

Fiverr orders

Orders placed on Fiverr follow Fiverr’s own terms of service and resolution process.
